2月21播种的蒲瓜(瓠瓜)，3月5日发芽。长到8叶时，摘心，促进侧蔓的生长。由于种花盆，只留了1条侧蔓上棚架。上架后可根据长势再次摘心，促进孙蔓的生长。蒲瓜(葫芦)都是以孙蔓结果为主的。

    蒲瓜(葫芦)都是晚上开花的。昨晚爬上架顶，帮蒲瓜授粉，马上套袋。其实在自然环境下种植的瓜类，都有昆虫帮忙授粉。这边果蝇太猖狂，防止被果蝇祸害，所以开花即授粉保护好。第二批瓜，几天后又有得采收。
